an invisible tsunami that draws us inward and then drowns is in the name of divinity 

they light the books on fire
to keep the witches aflame
Hemingways and blah blah blah
are the modern day faggots
ashes to ashes
dust to dust

these wheels have struggled to turn to progress with the rust of restrictions and new definitions

stripping words from our lexicon so we can't pinpoint the proclivities 
turning wine back to water
polluted by grime and greed
poisoning
